This campground could be better maintained. It is not kid friendly at all. The owners seem to dislike children and maybe people in general. There is significant road noise from I-40 but otherwise it is a peaceful setting. Don't bother to bring your golf clubs, it really isn't playable.
It is a nice park, great pool area, with lots of activities. The owner really enjoys interacting with the guests and conducts many of the activities himself. Fishing is good (pan fish). It has a nice playground, horseshoes, shuffle board, and basketball. We stay in an RV but the cabins are really outstanding. We will definitely camp here again!
This park is very well maintained. The owners were helpful and very friendly. The Wi-Fi was solid. The cable TV offered a lot of stations and was included free. Nicest, cleanest bath house and laundry facility we have ever seen. The campground is located in a rural area with great access to the Smokey Mountains unlike other area campgrounds which were in town. The pool and hot tub area was closed because we were there in early spring but it looks very nice.
